Welcome to Preferred Projects, formerly known as Pico Store Equipment Co., Inc. With over 40 years of industry expertise, we are proud to be a family-owned and operated company. We design and manufacture custom retail displays and fixtures, offer custom printing and packaging services and provide event fabrication and installation services.    

Preferred Projects is a minority and women-owned, multi-generational business. Visual marketing and merchandising are a part of our DNA, and we are truly passionate about what we do. We are known for our expert craftsmanship, attention to detail, and we believe in providing high quality work with a prompt turnaround. 

Based in Downtown Los Angeles, we service several areas. We travel often to various cities across the United States for installations. We ship nationwide.
